About US

Roderick C Davis knew at a young age that certain lessons in the Bible could not possibly be of God or Jesus, but he could not prove that fact to himself. In April 2002, he received a spiritual calling to do work that he did not feel was meant for him, for he saw his life being very different. He began to have numerous spiritual experiences in August 2003, several of them being physical in nature, and he began to develop an understanding that there may be more to the calling he received in April 2002, than he had deemed it to be.

In November 2005, spiritual communication made it clear to him that he must begin earnest biblical research to find answers to why he felt certain lessons in the Bible could not possibly be of God or Jesus. None of the ancient biblical resources he studied contained the answers he had been searching for. In January 2008, a biblical resource manifested that he did not find on his own, and that resource contained many of the answers he had been searching for. Once he had completed studying and cross referencing it with other biblical resources, another biblical resource manifested, and when he completed studying and cross referencing it with other biblical resources, another biblical resource manifested, that scenario happened several times until he had all of the answers he had been searching for.

After being ordained in November 2009, Rev. Roderick C Davis established Jesus’ Church, to "Make the Way" for His second coming, as John the Baptist had been sent to make the way for Jesus' Messianic Ministry, and Rev. Davis was spiritually given its name: Unified Church of Christ and Truth. He established Jesus’ Church according to the lessons contained in Jesus’ Gospel recorded by Apostle John. In October 2012 he formally established Jesus’ Church, Unified Church of Christ and Truth, according to the laws of the State of Nevada.

Explained below is the reason why, Reverend Roderick C. Davis was appointed Pontiff of Unified Church of Christ and Truth:

During 2015 Holy Spirit made it clear to me (Roderick C. Davis) that I must accept an anointing to be Pontiff of Jesus’ Church, but I did not want to do such for I did not feel I was worthy. In 2016 Holy Spirit persisted, and even though I still did not feel myself to be worthy, I humbly accepted.

Jesus told His chosen Twelve about a Pontiff sitting on His throne in Lection 70 of His Gospel:

11. “As I shall be nailed to the cross, so also shall my Church in those days, for she is my Bride, and one with me. But the day shall come when this

darkness shall pass away, and true Light shall shine.

12. “And one shall sit on my throne, who shall be a Man of Truth and Goodness and Power, and he shall be filled with love and wisdom beyond all others, and shall rule my Church by a fourfold twelve, and by two and seventy as of old, and that only which is true shall he teach.

13. “And my Church shall be filled with Light, and give Light unto all nations of the earth, and there shall be one Pontiff sitting on his throne as a King and a Priest.

14. “And my Spirit shall be upon him, and his throne shall endure and not be shaken, for it shall be

founded on love and truth and equity, and light shall come to it, and go forth from it, to all the

nations of the earth, and the Truth shall make them free.”
